Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Service Level Agreements are used by organisations that would like to use our services to constantly manage their IT infrastructure over one or many sites. The fees for SLAs vary, and are based on the number of PCs, servers, printers and other peripheral equipment you have installed.

Usually, these are charged on a flat fee basis, regardless of the time we spend working on your behalf. It is then up to us to make sure your technology setup runs at its most efficient. If it stop working, it costs us time and money - not you!

Service Packs

If you know you will be using our services over an extended period of time, we offer a prepaid purchase of a block of time that may be used at your leisure.

As the prepay block is reduces, we can automatically renew the hours when they reach a pre-determined level.

This allows you to carefully monitor the time being used, without having to go through an approval process that can often get in the way of smooth running operations.

Service Packs come in 10, 25 or 50 hour blocks and are discounted on a sliding scale.

 
Pay-As-You-Go

If you only need our services occasionally - that's cool too!

We will quote on each piece of work you need doing and then work within that quote to achieve your desired result.
